Spoke to Mike day before my appointment to clarify some questions I had. Found him to be very professional and polite. Upon my appointment the next day, my car was taken at the appointment time and was kept advised as to the status throughout the hour. After tires installed and testing completed, was informed as to what other work needed to be done. Was not able to have it done at that time and was not persuaded in any way to rethink the situation. Printed copies of work done and estimate of work that needed to be done was presented to me. Thumbs up for a job done well done by Mike and other employees. Will certainly return to have additional work done in the future.

This was my second time at Tires Plus and I am very happy with their service and pricing. They do try and upsell you, but are not overbearing — they are just doing their jobs. I shopped around and did get a great deal on my 4 tires. Save yourself the research — they do have the best prices and I was in and out within 75 minutes on a weekday morning…

This review is specific to Delray location other locations may be different. Went in for tire rotation only, was asked if I want tires balanced, I said no. After 30 min was notified of needing «other work» done $ 500 which I rejected. Next day driving to work on highway front end was hopping to the point of hazardous conditions. I made a call to them and first thing they jumped to was the «other work» which doesn’t have anything to do with front end hopping. Then whining service rep complained of not liking being cursed at. Called corporate went to a different location where I was notified that wheel balancing was way out of whack and he looked on his computer and saw that balancing was done at the first location even though I rejected it. The other location was much more honest I felt. BEWARE of this Delray location.

Not much to say here — it’s an auto care place. The employees are friendly enough and seem knowledgeable and helpful. Too bad there aren’t any bars or restaurants around while waiting for your car, but at least you’ve got chairs and a few tables in the waiting area. There is free coffee and water, and a TV while you are waiting.

What can I say, I’ve always been a Tires Plus fan. What’s not to like about 20 dollar no hassle, semi-​synthetic oil changes (with coupon online)? Plus I have the 3 year unlimited tire alignment plan, so whenever I get my oil changed, I get my alignment done as well. This location is no different; in and out within the hour (in the middle of the day!) I asked them to check for a nail in my tire since my tire pressure was really low and they told me everything was fine and filled up my tires free of charge. I thought that was a nice touch.
