I ate at Pauline’s twice in March, both times at night, seated outside. Each occasion was very nice. I am a big fan of their ribs, which is their signature dish. The chicken was pretty good, and several people liked the fish special. Between the two nights, we had 14 people who were all favorably impressed. While the food is good, the atmosphere is what brought us back. It’s quiet, and not as crazy as Atlantic Ave. We sat outside, killed a few bottle of wine(cheap) and just cut up. Service was great both times, and Pauline herself came outside to talk us up. This isn’t the Atlantic Grille or 32 East, or Tramplemontis or any of the pretty people places downtown. But if you are looking for a nice casual comfortable place with good food, good service, nice music, and a good vibe, this is your place.

We have lived in Delray Beach for several years and when Pauline’s opened up we were delighted. The food and the personal service was great!!! I disagree with the the other poster. Any restaurant can have an off night. I am glad that we found this little gem off Atlantic. Ave. Miles

It’s rare that you come across a restaurant with such flavorless, boring, ill prepared food. There is very little reason to visit this establishment. stay home, and be assured of having better meal. There’s really nothing else to say… go elsewhere… to any place in town.
