Great experience with this office for a dental implant. It’s a fairly long process but as it was explained to me, to have the best outcome it needs to be done the right way. I felt like I was truly in good hands with the doctor and medical staff every step of the process. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions and set my expectations about the process. As a patient I appreciate the Dr’s extensive credentials and great skill but his approachable demeanor was important to me too. The medical staff took great care to ensure I was comfortable for each procedure. Front office staff was professional and friendly. The billing area walked me through my insurance coverage and made an effort to maximize my insurance benefits. I highly recommend Dr Pasqual and his office.

Dr. Pasqual took care me following a car accident. He and his staff were great. I felt devastated following the accident. He is so kind and gentle. He saw me in the hospital fixed the broken bones in my face and will be placing dental implants to bring my smile back again. I could not be more grateful for everything. Thank you Dr. Pasqual!

My daughter was referred to his office due to the orthodontist finding a mass in her chin. We saw Dr. Pasqual on a Tuesday. He ordered a cat scan, we scheduled it that same day. The radiology place told us that it takes about 4 to 6 days to get our insurance to approve it. After six days, the approval was still not complete, I called my insurance company, they advised that the dr’s office had not yet responded to the additional information that they required. I called Dr. Pasqual’s office and spoke to a gentleman there. He told me that he didn’t have any requests and to tell the company to call him. I ended up doing a conference call with the insurance company and Dr. Pasqual’s office to get the issue corrected. It took a few more days and it was finally approved.
I got the cat scan done on a Thursday. The tech told me that they would be sending the pictures directly to the office and that the report would be written that same day. On Monday, I called the office twice and asked for the results. I was told that the nurse was busy.
I called again on Tuesday morning and once again asked for the results. I was told the nurse would call me. The nurse finally called me back and told me that she was unable to provide results over the phone. I told her that I was very concerned about my daughter and I wanted some answers, I told her that I could come in right away as my daughter was out of town. She told me that my 12 year old daughter had to be present for the visit. I told her that she is a minor, I wouldn’t have her in the room for the results even if she was there. I am her mother, this is my choice. She told me again, she wasn’t making an appointment unless my daughter was there. I told her she was being unreasonable, she told me I was unreasonable. I hung up in frustration. No one has tried to contact me.
I am the mother, it is my choice if I want my daughter there for the results of testing. I will never go back to this office and I will be sure that everyone knows what a terrible experience that I had.
