Lighthouse Building Inspections

I contracted with this company to do a home inspection of a townhouse I was purchasing. The cost of the inspection including building, termite, wind mitigation (for insurance purposes) was $ 695 (not including mold inspection which was done by a certified mold company). When my homeowners insurance company requested a copy of the wind mitigation report, Lighthouse asked for an ADDITIONAL $ 125. According to them, although they obtained all the info doing the inspection, to put it on a separate sheet of paper for the insurance company would cost $ 125 extra. I think that considering the fact that I paid $ 695 for a complete inspection report this was a HUGE RIPOFF, and as a realtor in the community where I live I will discourage use of this company.
