History

Established in 2014.

Opened in December 2014, Hudson at Waterway East is an exciting new waterfront eatery and bar overlooking the spectacular Intracoastal Waterway in downtown Delray Beach. With a passionate motto of «Love Thy Craft,» Hudson features unique spaces, including alluring nooks for dining and socializing, an expansive covered deck including a NEW outside bar, amid 7,000-square-feet of waterfront bliss. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner and a modern beverage program in a cool new enclave, Hudson – opened by partners Joe McCullough and Rita Wilson – seeks to be a new generation of waterfront escape that offers something for everybody.
