A&H has always gone above and beyond to fix whatever car issue I am having. They are very dependable and don’t try to sell you things that you dont need. I trust their word and wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else

Let me start off i have not had my car serviced here. I tried too but couldn’t actually talk to anyone for more than a minute. Based on a friends Recco I called last week was out on hold and then hung up on. When called back was out on hold for a long period of time. I have an accord and am having electrical problems. I give up, I guess they didn’t need new business. I live south, but work up this way. I guess I will find somewhere else to bring my car. You guys need to brush up on your customer service skills.

I was in the area visiting my son and realized that the skirt that covers underneath the front end had been dragging the whole way down to FL. I also had a problem with the car pulling to the right. I had new tires put on previous to traveling and I guess someone did a rush job. The guys at A & H were quick to tell me the problem and said they could have the part by the next day in the morning. The next day they placed the new skirt and did a wheel alignment in less than 2 hours. Basically they are fast, friendly and down to earth and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I asked them if they could open a shop up north.

These guys are the best. I always feel so comfortable around everyone at the shop. They always do such a fantastic job on my car. Pamela the secretary is extremely friendly, and will make you feel at home. It is such a good feeling knowing that you can trust your mechanic. :)

These guys helped me out of a huge pickle! I rolled into the shop without an appointment due to a break line that went in Delray. First, their front desk Melissa is polite, professional, and genuine. After taking a look at the truck, I was referred to another auto place to fix it due to the type of truck I have. They even called the place to let them know we were having the car towed and to expect us. While waiting for the tow truck, we had multiple conversations with the shop guys. We had found that the shop is a family and they also treat others as family.
After the tow truck came, we were given a ride to our hotel by the owner Dave (remember, he is not making any money due to transferring our truck to the other shop). Now here is the kicker. I pull a 7X14 Trailer with my now broken truck for my business. If I couldn’t find some way to get my trailer to downtown Delray from our hotel 15 min away, I would be out thousands of dollars. So what does Dave do? He drops us at the hotel (and this is a Friday night), goes to his place to get his personal truck and comes back to pick up our trailer and tow it to Delray.
These guys went far beyond what anyone else would have to help us out without receiving a thing. If in the area again, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to A&H to get it fixed. Trustworthy and just great people.

OMG A&H automotive is incredibly old school! I drove in with a broken hose and they attended to it… Immediately!
They went out of their way for a special ordered obnoxious Saab part! They temporarily fixed my car… until the part was in! They asked me to drive around and check back to make sure the car was ok! WHO does that… No one!
They called me when the part was in! They were generous and understanding and Fair! That never happens in South Florida! It happened HERE!!!
