Horrible customer service. Went in on a Sunday and the only person working was a very tall kid who was busy chit chatting with his girlfriend. While helping me, his girlfriend shot me dirty looks the entire time. So sorry for disturbing your groove!!! I would not come back here and don’t recommend anyone else to either.

Most frustrating experience trying to buy a new cell phone. I was literally in the store for 3 hours before I was told they were unable to process my upgrade today due to their faulty system. I was offered a discount if I came back the next day to complete my purchase. Reluctantly, I returned the next day. Needless to say, the discount he offered was a mere $ 3. He also screwed up my monthly cell phone service plan. I will never return to this store again.

First I walk in and the one employee is practically yelling at an elderly lady, who unfortunately just doesn’t understand. Then the lady tries to have me buy a case I don’t want and says «oh it doesn’t matter, just buy this one and then come back for the other one.» It would only cost me almost $ 200 in the end instead of just $ 80… Never again!
