Went to Brentily’s last night with 8 others for an anniversary dinner. Stood at the front for 5 minutes until we were seated, mind you, they were not even REMOTELY busy. Waited another 10 minutes to get drink orders. Waited over an hour for sub-par food, and that’s putting it nicely. MICROWAVED«baked» potatoes, really? My sandwich and fries were cold. By the looks of the wilted lettuce garnish, my dinner had been run through a microwave as well. They totally forgot my brother in law’s food, and we were all done picking at our food before his arrived. He ate a few bites and was done. They took 4 dollars off his bill. I can tell you one thing, my dog LOVED the chicken sandwich! Nothing but gristle! Good luck getting your drinks refilled if they even remember what you ordered. Brentily’s needs serious help. We won’t be returning. Don’t waste your time with this place!!!

I was home visiting family and we ate here to try it out. At first, I thought it was pretty decent. Menu seemed nice and the food was good. I had grilled chicken«monterey», the hubby had a steak he enjoyed, and other family had fish that was pretty good. I did notice that the food was extremely slow to come out after order. Anyway, I wouldn’t normally give a place such a low rating just for slow service, but the thing is — I’m pretty sure this place gave us all food poisoning. I got sick the next morning after eating here and the rest of the family got sick the next evening into the next day. And I highly doubt it was the stomach flu, as we all pretty much recovered after a day of losing our stomach contents. While we all ate different things, I am thinking their food handling practices aren’t the best. Either way, I’m not eating here ever again, which I hate because I want to support local businesses, but getting sick really sucked.

My first thought was excitement! A Steakhouse in Delphos, then came my attempt to enter the front door, which was locked. The hostess/server/bartender was sitting down in front of the door and was not sure why it was locked and instructed us to another door. My family and I sat down and looked through the menu, which looked great, both from a selection and price stand point. As I waited for our server to help(and we were the only ones in the place at this time) I noticed the décor, or lack there of. I was in a Steakhouse and all I could see around was beer signs, beer banners(from an event that happened in May???) and 1 strip of sports boarder(must be the sports pub aspect) My thoughts, this is a great chance to make a statement with a steak house and they failed. It was all 4 top tables, no booths, nothing that says I should have a filet mignon. It said to me… give me a bud light and a bowl of pretzels. After finishing my Dr. Pepper, it took about 10 minutes to get a refill, and only because I asked. I then ordered my meal, a forgettable grilled chicken breast with a special seasoning(not sure what it was.) the loaded Potatoes I got as a side were very good though. I did also notice the manager? sitting in the office the whole time we were there. A table visit would be nice. Overall, they need a concept, steakhouse and sports pub do not mix. And if I want a filet mignon, I want a better wine offering then Woodbridge Cabernet out of a week old magnum bottle. There is a ton of potential here, just fix the décor, service and find an identity. Believe it or not, after all this, I still feel they could have something special. Just remove the beer signs and add some art. Put some booths for privacy and comfort, expand your drink offerings and for gosh sakes, unlock the doors before you open. You get 2 stars for I hope you do better
