All of our apartment homes come with a direct access one car garage and full size side by side washer/​dryer. They are fully carpeted with spacious walk-​in closets and at least 1 ½ baths. The apartment homes also offer balconies and vaulted ceilings. We also have a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and a lap pool and a lap pool, a 24-​hour fitness center, and a 24-​hour business center with high-​speed Internet access. Our community has an indoor play center for children as well as an outdoor playground.

I lived here for a year and really wanted it to exceed expectations but unfortunately it did not. when i was first looking at short term living in the area I saw the negative reviews here and other places and waived them off. If you are reading this you can do better and cheaper in the area.

just to highlight some shady practices I was shown the apartment that would be mine when i signed my lease, I come a week later from Tennessee to fond that they bait and switched it, the clean ready apt was switched with another that had been clearly painted over instead of cleaned and a carpet full of dark spots
The management company doesn’t seem to care about the area as long as you keep paying rent, this compounded by an ever rotating office staff and a minimal work staff makes getting even the smallest needed fix a hassle.
Also forget about the security deposit you wont get it back due to «maintenance»
the one saving grace is that the women in the office and maintenance staff are kind and professional.
make this place a short term stay if you have to but there are much better options close by.

Having lived here for 6 months, I can tell you that there are better deals out there and that I do not recommend this apartment complex. Don’t get fooled by the apartment office and the pool etc, the apartments are very old and have lots of issues — most things inside are patched up with poor construction and material quality. The walls and ceiling are paper thin and you can clearly hear the neighbors talk. Maintenance response time is very poor and I have seen only one person covering the entire complex. The office folks are a combination of arrogance and incompetence. I do like the area though even though it is outside of the «Delmar» town as it is quiet and the neighbors are nice and there are enough parking space. There is dog menace during warmer days and the dog owners do not keep their dogs in tight leash. Once again, I don’t recommend this place, the rents are much higher here and there are better deals out there.
