Dr. Parker earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY Cortland and earned his dental degree and orthodontic certificate from The University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. To stay on the forefront of orthodontics, he regularly attends continuing education courses, including intensive courses at the Damon Forum and with Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign.
