History

Established in 2012.

We have been entertaining family and friends for many years in our home at Deer Meadow. Now was the «right» time to extend our hospitality outside of our family and Known circle of friends and develop the Inn At Deer Meadow. We renovated the indoor swimming pool into a beautiful suite including a large bedroom, spa bathroom and common living space. All is built with universal design techniques. (ramps, wide doorways, accessible shower)

Marietta V.

Business Owner

Marietta, the Innkeeper, has years of experience of providing lodging, meals and entertainment for her large, extended family. In addition to the New England and Dutch heritages of Marietta and her husband, they have gleaned the best practices from their many travels in Europe, the U.S. and Caribbean. Marietta loves meeting new people, cooking and sharing her little piece of New York paradise with others. She has a background in sports science, nutrition and many experiences with cooking for diverse groups. Her passion, outside of making the Inn an enjoyable experience for her guests, is trail riding on horseback.
