As a long time customer of over 15 years, My experience has been positive in every aspect. Friendly and helpful always. However, there have been 2 – 3 incidents where errors made by Tellers have had a minor negative affect on my Joint account with my wife. The branch officers have always corrected the problems efficiently and quickly but did show my wife a bit of a «snotty» attitude until the error was confirmed. These several incidents have left my wife feeling that there are hard feelings harbored towards her by some of the staff. Seems like a «female» thing as I have never felt such treatment. over all I am very satisfied.
