The main Allstate website is very helpful, you can look up your policy details and print things as needed. They have an auto pay option for both home and auto, as well as monthly installment plans. The safe driving rewards gave me $ 500 off my deductible after some time without accidents, so I feel good having that on my collision policy. Mitchell definitely attempts to share updates via emails and postal mail. Once our van was rear ended in town a block from their office, so I called asking for guidance on how to handle, but the lady who helped us then in 2014 was very confused. I have never actually met Mitchell, but I don’t need to, I just need a fairly priced insurance policy that will cover me when I need it.
