Great price for the Lake Geneva area. This is a family owned business and they are very friendly, accommodating, and affordable. The hotel is clean and comfortable; there is a small continental breakfast available and the pool is heated to about 78 degrees… Perfect for the kids!

Great spot to stay for visiting the Lake Geneva area on a budget! Yes, it was dated, but it was clean! Which is the most important aspect when visiting a budget hotel such as this. Didn’t get to check out the pool. Free continental breakfast was pretty standard — cereal, pastries, coffee, juice. Not much within walking distance, but that’s ok given the price range.

my wife and i stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation, the price was very reasonable, the entire hotel is very clean, the dinning room was like new, the swimming pool was the cleanest hotel pool i’ve ever swam in. it was very quiet and peaceful sitting on the pool patio in the evenings, the rooms where very clean, the beds where comfortable to sleep in, the owners are a very nice and friendly couple they welcome you in like family, they where very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows, we got 4. we will stay there every time we visit lake delavan for now on. try this hotel you will love the savings, you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Very clean. As soon as I walked in I was surprised on how clean it was. A little out dated but it was a great stay. And great place. Friendly and family owned. No problem what so ever. Will choose this place over a franchise or super 8 hotel since it’s family owned

I stayed here over the weekend for a convention in Lake Geneva. This is the best experience for the dollar that I’ve had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a fantastic value. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms have fridges and microwaves. I have absolutely no complaints, and fully intend to stay here any time I need lodging in the area.

Don’t be put off by old reviews. New owner past year Raj and his wife were so good. Arrived at midnight and she happily let me in. Raj drove me to town this morning. Room was clean and even my fussy wife would have been fine staying here.
