Logterman LLC is a family owned and operated business. We have been providing Residential and Commercial HVAC Installation and Service to the Delavan Lake area for over 10 years.

Our goal is to provide energy efficient comfort systems for your home or business.

Meet the Business Owner

Ryan L.

Business Owner

Ryan grew up in the family business. Logterman LLC grew from his father’s plumbing and heating business. After he retired, Ryan continued the heating and cooling part of the business and grew and expanded into green technology, including solar and geothermal.

Ryan is very interested in Green Technology and Renewable Energy, and is now involved in the installation division for Convergence Energy LLC, one of the top solar energy companies in the region.

When Ryan started out years ago it was just him and one other technicians, and now he employ eight full-​time and part-​time office staff, technicians and installers.
