History

Established in 2011.

After spending 28 years in commercial construction we felt the timing was perfect to start our own Design/​Build firm to bring a higher level of professionalism, best practices, open-​book pricing and technology in tools to the residential market. We have surrounded ourselves with trade and supplier partners that are aligned with our focus in changing the relationship between the builder and the client. Our focus is on details, communications, responsiveness and working closely with our clients in making the construction process exciting and fun.

Tim Rigsby, Owner-​Construction Manager — graduated in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and has been directly engaged in commercial and residential building construction for the past 32 years. Committed to professional excellence and a strong passion for developing partnerships with Clients is instrumental in Tim’s approach to providing innovative solutions. His innate visionary abilities to create the highest level of quality and service are fundamental values that enable him to guide the company through a diverse market place.
