Applebee’s

I’ve been to many Applebee’s, and this was the best to date. I had a really attentive waitress, and the burger I tried was delicious. Try the All Day Brunch burger, it’s got great flavor.

Well I know everyone thinks this chain is cliché and mundane but every time we come to this one, we are happy we came. Service is pleasant and attentive. 2 for 25 is actually a good value. The steaks we ordered were cooked exactly as we asked. No they were not the same as a $ 40 steak but very tasty. This makes 6 times we have been here and they get it right every time.

Terrible customer service from Jennie. No silverware. No refills on water. Cold and very unpresentable food. We were basically forgotten!
Note: Manager did comp our food & gave us a voucher for another visit. Extra star for that.

Average bar and grill sort of place. The southwestern style chopped salads my husband and I ordered were entrees yet left us hungry. On the small size if I do say so. No comparison in size to let’s say a entrée salad at Chili’s. Waitress keep the beverages refilled but then said she would get our check but didn’t come back after a few minutes. She and a gaggle of other wait staff were yakking it up at a corner table the bar near the kitchen. I had to flag her down to get the check.

Stopped in late on friday night.
The nighty happy hour is very nice. ½ priced appetizers after 10pm.
Ordered the chili cheese nachos and wings. Boneless wings were delicious.
They also just remodeled this location. Total new feel. Very cool and tons of new TVs everywhere.
Gota check out the remodeled bar room. Awesome.

Excellent Service from I believe his name was Adam, are young 19-​year-​old serve it with a huge personality! The new drinks are phenomenal, specifically the lemonade with fireball in it. The food was hot, prompt, and most importantly consistent with all other pleasant Applebee’s experiences! Keep up the good work guys!

Well done. Excellent atmosphere and a great staff. watched the MSU games and had great beer and food.

First, you need to know that I’m a dietary Vegan who has a daughter with gluten intolerance. If what you put in your body isn’t as important to you as drinking, having fun, etc., this review is not for you!
I would give more stars for how quickly we were seated and for the friendly server, HOWEVER the issue is that this is a restaurant, so the quality of the food must be above a minimal level. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be a priority for this chain.
Another reviewer commented on the core issue: this chain does not seem to care if food items are cross contaminated. I’m sitting in this booth writing this review as my daughter is now lying down. Guess the gluten free options weren’t gluten free after all. Luckily eating gluten only makes her sick (versus sick to death).
They have a book for food allergies. I’ll post pics of it. Unfortunately, ad you will see, they specifically call out the risk of cross contamination.

It’s an Applebee’s. There’s really nothing remarkable about any Applebee’s. BUT the host was really polite when my mother, sister and I arrived and my baby niece was fussing. They even offered a spoon for babyfood when she got her bite to eat while we waited for ours. The food was good, but not amazing. The service was very friendly and our waiter checked in just enough without being overbearing.
For food, ambience, and general restaurant-​i-​ness, I’d give it 3 stars. But their smiles toward the baby and general kindness in regards to a sleepy 9 month old earns them 4.

Really had a great time at this Applebee’s. Our server was great! She had an awesome personality. My husband and I ordered different meals with the intent to share, there was no sharing going on. Nice place!

Food and service is good but is not allergen friendly. All foods fried in same deep dryer so cross alkergen contamination. Egg dairy seafood allergies severely limit kids meals due to cross contamination/​useage of food spaces/​oils. So who wants a shrimp meal deep fried in the oil that fries and corn dogs are deep fried in???

Good food, and the staff is great here, esp the bartenders.

For some reason, I avoided Applebee’s since I was at one years ago and I just never was impressed with the dishes I had tried. Maybe they have updated their menu, but lately, I find myself going back.
We love the appetizers (chicken won tons) and their menu has something for about everyone.
The service has been very good to excellent each time we have popped in and so we will continue to go to Applebees.
