Great alternative to Wal-​Mart, especially for those of us who need to get stuff done around the house/​ranch, but break out in hives fearing Wal-​Mart is the only option. The drought left us dealing with a critter problem, and fortunately Tractor Supply had everything I was looking for to send the field mice, to critter heaven. There’s a large equine care section for horse lovers, my daughter found everything she needed to bathe, and groom horses for family friends.
The store has a bit of everything, like the general stores of yester-​year, work apparel, machinery/​tools, cleaning supplies, and products to care for most animals.
Prices seem to be comparable to what you might spend elsewhere, and you won’t break out in hives, if you’re looking for common basics to get a job done.
