Train4Anything Fitness provides one-​on-​one personal training, specializing in weight loss, rehabilitation and sports performance. Services also include group training, as well as Corporate Wellness programs.

The key feature that Train4Anything provides is «Online Fitness Coaching», which is a low-​cost alternative to traditional personal training programs. Online Fitness Coaching begins with a few simple baseline assessments of overall health and strength. With the assistance of an assigned personal trainer, an online program is created for you based on your individual needs and results. Your exercises programs will be accessible on your phone, I-​pad, or computer for your convenience.

Your online program includes detailed instructional videos, photos, and verbal cues to ensure proper execution of the exercises assigned to you. Your trainer is available to you anytime via e-​mail, and will formally meet with you either in-​person or through web/​video chat once a month.

Train4Anything Fitness is a Fitness Company founded by Personal Trainer Sean Witkin. Sean had grown up a fairly heavy-​set child. It wasn’t until around the end of high school that Sean had realized he had to make a change in his life. After losing over 80 pounds, Sean had decided to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry to help others achieve their own fitness goals. Since then, he has gained years of experience, and earned a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from California State University San Marcos.

Sean’s experience as a personal trainer and fitness manager in the Corporate Fitness Industry led him to believe that something was missing in the experience that individuals had in working with a Personal Trainer. With the feedback from previous clients, Sean decided to build a program that catered to their needs and wants: A program that is affordable, easily accessible, and reinforces learning. As a result, Train4Anything Fitness was formed.

My journey in fitness began as a young overweight high school kid. I had never been very athletic throughout my childhood; and I certainly did not grow up with an overly-​active lifestyle. I reached a max weight of 245 pounds by the end of high school. I felt sluggish, fatigued, and even had a hard time going up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath! I decided to make a change in my life. With a commitment to regular exercise, long-​term dietary changes, and an overall lifestyle adjustment, I was able to lose the weight and live a healthier life. I enjoyed the way I felt so much; I decided to help others achieve the same accomplishment. 6 years later, I’ve trained over 2,000 training sessions, received certifications from 3 nationally accredited certifying boards, and have completed my Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in Physical Therapy, allowing me to attain my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the NSCA.
