If you’re married and having problems then we can use mediation tools to help you and your spouse stay together and find arrangements that alleviate the issues. If you’re getting divorced, then our mediators help you stay out of court and allow you to remain in control of your future. We can help you save time, money and reduce your stress during a difficult time. Our mediators will ensure that all of your issues are discussed, help you come to agreements and then make sure that everything is drafted and filed correctly with the court.

Our mediators all have their Juris Doctor (JD), extensive mediation training, divorce financial knowledge and experience mediating many different types of family cases. Business Owner

Jennifer M. Segura, J.D. CDFA came to San Diego in 1997 to attend San Diego State University. When she began undergrad, she began as a psychology major. After one semester she changed her major and decided she would instead attend law school. After falling in love with San Diego, Jennifer decided to do whatever it took to remain here.

She attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor in 2004. In 2006, Jennifer was trained as a family mediator and opened her own mediation firm, San Diego Family Mediation Center, in January 2007. Jennifer has solely practiced as a family mediator since that time.

In 2012, after realizing the most complex issues involved in a divorce are financial, Jennifer became a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. This certification has offered Jennifer the ability to help clients explore creative ideas while knowing the tax and other financial ramifications that may apply under each scenario.
