Masterpiece Realty Associates

From my experience i would never work with these two agents; Peter Lewi and Dorian Markham. They claim to be something they are not. They want free work and refuse to sign contracts. Buyer (and seller) beware.

Dorothy and Liz of Masterpiece Reality Associate, are amazing realtors and human beings! Dorothy went out her way completely to show me rental properties, which is rare for a realtor. She also answered my numerous emails promptly with great detail, kindness and support. My husband and I are moving from out of state to San Diego and need to rent a home for our first 1 – 2 years. When we are in the market to buy a home, Dorothy and Liz will be the first people we call! They go out of their way to help and please their clients and I highly recommend them.

I recently meet Dorothy as a client while she and her daughter Liz were visiting Portland, OR. While getting acquainted I discovered they live where my heart is, N. San Diego County where I used to live years ago. Though I love Portland, it is the rainy season once again and I dream of the ambrosia weather of San Diego, it is the mixture of the perfect temperature, the right amount of breeze, and the blending of orange blossoms and ocean aroma.
We really connected, they will be my ticket back home when I have had enough of rubber boots and umbrellas, (actually it is anti-​Portland to be caught with an umbrella.)
I am so excited and feel fortunate to have met a team that is so knowledgeable about the area, a lot has changed since I lived there and they have seen the changes and kept up with everything. Dorothy told me about a way to exchange properties to help with paying less taxes and making the transaction way smoother.
I have 16 acres, with creek and super large house with shops and green house being renting now in Southern Oregon just waiting for the right property exchange in N. San Diego County. Thanks Dorothy and Liz, We will be in touch!!!

I’ve bought two houses, sold one, and rented one of our properties through Dorothy and Liz from Masterpiece. They have always been professional, they are extremely responsive and give the personal care you want when dealing with your home, or your home to be. Most recently we turned to Dorothy to take over property management responsibilities of one of our homes, she had a lease signed and tenants moved in within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Dorothy and Liz at Masterpiece realty when it comes to dealing with YOUR home!

The seller’s agent for the house we were buying was from Masterpiece Realty and all I can say is if you see a house with their sign on it RUN! The agent was so absent-​minded and rude it made the whole process a lot more painful than it had to be. She had an excuse for everything and never got things done when she said she would have them completed. She even took a whole WEEK after we closed Escrow to get us the keys to the house we just purchased and even then we had to contact the previous owners and meet with them to get the keys because she was too «busy» to take them to the escrow office like she should have done when we became the owners.
