Established in 2007.
Nestled across from the beautiful lagoon at the Torrey Pines State Reserve in Del Mar, IRIS Food and Spirits matches the scenery with contemporary American updates to world food, a true ‘melting pot’ cuisine. Business Owner
Chef/Owner Tommy Golden has been involved in the San Diego dining scene since he moved here from Boston almost 20 years ago, opening award-winning restaurants Parkhouse Eatery in Hillcrest in 1995, and Beachgrass Café in Solana Beach in 2000. Deciding to move onto a new project, Tommy sold his two restaurants, and along with his brother Edd found the space that became IRIS in 2007.
