I hate shopping. Hate, hate, hate it. But you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do, so after visiting Carsons, Kohls, and a few others, I decided on a whim to give Maurices a try. Wow. It made me wish I’d gone there first and skipped the other stores. The clothes are pretty and colorful. The staff is extremely helpful without being pushy and annoying — a very thin line, I know. Despite being pretty tired after a long day, my shopping experience there was really almost. .. enjoyable. Okay, yes, I liked it. lol
I’m definitely coming back when it’s time to do my summer wardrobe capsule. This is now my go-​to store.

Great clothing store, very friendly staff. They make recommendations and offer great assistance in the fitting room. I would enjoy a better assortment of plus size.

This is my favorite place to shop in DeKalb. The new store is huge and they have a lot of cute going out and work clothes. The owner is so nice and helpful. I probably go at least once a month and shop online so I know what I am looking for when I go in.

Ahh, everyone remembers their first. This store was my first experience with Maurices. I bought my first suit here and still stop in every time I’m back in DeKalb. I love their clothes, the business casual separates are great and some of my friends swear by the Silver brand jeans.
This store has a really helpful staff. They’ll start a dressing room if you have a few things to try on. I also got one of the girls to pull down a mannequin so I could take the skirt. This store does run out of popular sizes pretty quick, but on the flip side they have a huge sale section in the back.
