Shelia’s Maintenance & Repair

One thing we noticed soon after moving here from California is that when a repair person tells you they will be at your home Monday at noon, it is a crap shoot if they will make it! We have people call us 3 days later and act like it is normal. So anyway we started looking for a person we could trust. After 2 years we finally found Shelia.
Here’s were you better sit down! When she tells you she will be there at 9 am on Monday, she pulls in your driveway at that time! If she is going to be 30 minutes late because of a emergency repair, she calls to let you know.
The quality of her work is first class. She has repaired plumbing, electrical, sprinklers systems, ceiling fans, toilet repair, replaced a water heater, installed a rain gutter and replaced boards on our back deck. If the job is too big like replacing a air conditioner, she will recommend a business that she has first hand experience with.
One very important final point is her fairness. Her rate is very reasonable because she wants to keep you as a client. She understands how important word of mouth is to a business. I promise you that you will be completely satisfied with Shelia’s work ethic and her honesty.
