Friendly and quick service, good prices. Use them 3 – 4 /month for last 2 years. Always good experience.

Great neighborhood cleaner. The husband and wife owner operators are nice, professional, and friendly. Clothes always come out clean and nicely pressed, and the prices are right. Great value, great place.

This post is just in regards to having jeans hemmed here. I took three pairs of jeans in for an original hem. First time around they were all an inch and a half too long. I even brought the shoes I wanted to wear the jeans with to try them on for her to pin the length of. When I brought them back in to be re hemmed she was not happy which annoyed me a bit. I go back to pick them up 5 days later like she instructed and 1) she used different thread than the original color thread so it does not match the the rest of the jeans 2) she did a regular hem instead of an original hem. I am very annoyed. If i wanted a regular hem I would have done them myself. When I pay a lot for jeans I would like the hem job to match that which is not hard. I created a Unilocal account just for this review. Wauk dee on Waukegan and Dundee– Mrs. Han. go there. She’s more professional.

This is a solid choice for your everday shirts and drycleaning. I tried two other places and have declared Rainbow the winner. Maybe I’m cheap, or just practical, but I refuse to pay $ 2.25 per shirt at Zengler’s. Rainbow does a solid job at $ 1.20. After three months, the husband and wife team both recognize me when I arrive and always have a genuine smile. This is important to me. My wife has had some alterations performed and was very happy with the work. If you’re looking for a friendly, solid, neighborly dry cleaners, Rainbow fits the bill.
