Not only did Brian provide me amazing service for over 15 years while I was living in the area, when I moved to CA and had trouble finding a good service provider for my unique frames, he went the extra mile, contacted the manufacturer and located another optician close to my home; definitely exceeded my expectations. You can’t go wrong with Brian and his team at Doyle Opticians in Deerfield!

I have dealt with Doyle Opticians ever since my now 22 year old son was 4.
Just about 18 years or so. The place was recommended by our pediatric eye doctor, Dr. Collis as reliable and professional. Ever since day one we had nothing but a wonderful experience. Highly professional staff, specifically Brian, the owner, who made sure to always go above and beyond what would be expected from a Optician. Multiple times he fixed and dropped my son’s glasses at my mailbox on his way home from work that was especially helpful and appreciated. Over the years he treated our family and my son with utmost care and professionalism. Now that my son has graduated college and is going to start working I wanted to express our gratitude and thank Brian for all those years. I would recommend the practice to anyone based on our experience.

My opthamologist, a member of the Northwestern Medical faculty, no longer recommends this company. My recent visit told me why. High pressured sales and, at the very least, a little bending of the truth. I experienced second thoughts after placing my order and called to cancel less than an hour later. «Too late,» I was informed. So far they have hung up on me three times.
