Beth is an amazing Mortgage Broker. Coming from a mortgage background, I am very critical of the broker i refer to clients. She has been amazing every time and my clients love her. There have been a few situations where she has had to go above the call of duty to get the transaction done and always does it.
I highly recommend her to anyone needing a mortgage broker for a refinance or purchase of a property!

Beth was instrumental in making the sale of our condo and the purchase of our single family home possible. We we previously working with Wintrust Mortgage, who lost all of our financial documentation a couple weeks before the closings for both properties. When they requested us to resubmit everything we took hours compiling and submitting to them, we turned to Beth (Perl Mortgage), who quickly turned around our documentation and was able to keep the close on the sale of our condo and the close on the purchase of our single family home within the original time frame. I found Beth on Unilocal by reading all the good reviews about her and decided to give it a try for refinancing our FHA home loan. Now that we just closed a week ago, we are so pleased about our choice.
The whole process from initial consulting to the final closing went very smoothly thanks to Beth’s excellent service. Unlike other brokers whom I contacted at the beginning, she was not pushy on requesting to talk to us over the phone which I do not prefer at all. All the communication was through email. She always replied my emails promptly. She gave us options of rates and closing cost with detailed breakdowns so that we could compare and make a decision easily. I wish I had found her earlier for our new home which we closed a month prior. In short, she is very professional, I would recommend her to my friends if they have the need.

I first contacted Beth in October — from our very first conversation I knew I was in great hands. I had heard so many «horror stories» and was so apprehensive about the whole process. But from the beginning she assured me I’d be in good hands! Beth was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Beth came recommended to me by my realtor, and I am happy to pass along the recommendation. I did my due diligence and then some, looking around at both traditional and online lenders for fees and rates, but Beth was able to beat them all.
I had a drawn-​out closing, and Beth provided great advice for when to lock, approve the appraisal, etc. so I could secure the best rate and not pay for anything I didn’t need. My loan was cleared quickly and without hassle.
