Will not go there anymore. Saw something there yesterday that has me still in shock. I have been going to this Goodwill for over a year. I have watched the quality of merchandise go down and the prices go way up. Yesterday was my tipping point as I saw an employee take a large box of assorted jewelry to a closed door office and not come out… then she did the same thing with a large plastic bag filled with jewelry a couple of minutes later. I went to the manager and told him what I saw. he seemed not to be concerned… he said that after its priced, it comes out. but then it never does.

In a safe area(which is sometimes rare for a Goodwill). There’s a lot to choose from and the clothes are perfectly sorted by size and color. Lots of options.

I stopped by here prior to moving to tampa bay so i could donate lots of clothes that were new and still had tags but didnt fit. Where I went to hand it in sort of looked like a mess of bags on the floor. The guy was really nice and even gave me a slip which apparently could count towards my fiancés taxes(don’t know much about that). Afterwards I went to check out their merchandise(since I had never been inside a real thift shop before). I was just browsing out of curiosity and a FEW were good finds. This reminded me of Marshalls but I still prefer marshalls. I still don’t discard the possibility of buying at a thrift shop, quite the opposite… I probably would love it– but this location didnt have anything that I wanted at that moment. Can’t wait to check out more thrift shops !!

I flew out here from Colorado just to donate all my house items, they scheduled me for today but never heard from them, no call, no apologies, no show. I called them and the women you call in Miami(305) 325‑9114 Miami, FL are clueless and rude, you get a clueless woman when you call, she will get you transfer to another person that are more clueless, horrible. Don’t take my word call and try it is funny but sad. I told the moving company I’m not paying to donate my items I’m throwing all away in the trash, I’m not paying a penny I already spent enough to flight out here. Truck company that will charge you number is(888) 461‑5241 Don’t fall for it until u ask they won’t tell you is not free to DONATE anything here

Yay for Bargains! I don’t know about you but I love the thrill of the chase. Yes, you basically have to sift through racks and racks of clothes because there are so many choices. The store itself is clean, nicely lit, organized. They have a separate juniors section which is heaven to me! The jeans are organized in such a way that you can see the name brand and back pockets. Everything on the rack looks almost new if not brand new, what more can you want? This is the best Goodwill in the area, it’s HUGE and I had a great time shopping!

Large store, well lit, color coordinated, good finds and extremely kind and friendly staff. Can’t stress enough how sweet people are and the store is impeccably clean.

The bright lights and the glitz(yes in a thrift store) didn’t really impress me. This location is right where the old Walgreens used to be and I think is relatively new. It doesn’t have the smell of funk and bad cheese permeating through the air at least(well for now) so a nice smelling store where you can breathe through your nose is always welcome. The goods are pretty organized and they have some terrific labels but waaaaaay overpriced. I’m all for helping the needy but cmon, seven bones for a non-label purse that has some wear n tear? Pair that up with only one cashier working on a wknd and meh indeed friends.
