History

Established in 1989.

Since 1989; we have come to know that accurate diagnosis requires a thorough evaluation which is systematic and methodical. One that not only includes a physical examination but when appropriate a complete stress test of major components. We have always prided ourselves on both an accurate diagnosis and a cost effective repair.

Whenever possible defective parts are replaced with new components. When «New» is not practical or available, we will replace defective parts — in order of priority — with a non-​OEM but compatible part, or a recertified part or a tested pre-​used part. All defective parts will be returned to you unless requested otherwise. All parts and labor on a completed repair are warranted for 30 days.

All work is done on premises and we stock many of the most popular PC components. Computers are evaluated in the order in which they were received. Our goal is to get each computer accurately diagnosed and repaired both quickly and correctly!
