Deer Park Family Clinic

Ive been going to DP Clinic for 30 yrs. Dr Metz and son are great professional and caring Doctors. Make it a point to make your appointment with one of them. I did a walk in and saw Layne Derks. Never again! Unprofessional, uncaring and run of the mill treatment. I had severe pains in my back and thought it may be my kidneys since I’ve had problems and surgery on them before. She never examined my back just tapped on my abdominal area, tested my urine and said I had some kinda bacteria and walked out of the room. She actually told me she didn’t think I wanted to persue the root of my pain because I had no insurance and prescribed me antibiotics and 4 pain killers! Wasted trip! Oh yea she sent the scripts to my pharmacy and forgot her electronic signature so I had to go back to the pharmacy 3 hours later to pick up my 4 pain killers!

I had to come here for a mandatory drug screen for school. The main clinic area was full. The side clinic that does all the screenings had probably 5 people ahead of me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Less than the amount of time it took for me to get here from my side of town.
Clean facility, helpful and courteous staff.
