Crossroad Collision

My truck was taken here by my insurance company. First all the repairs had not been done so it had to be taken back. The second time I picked it up there was over spray in the bed that I was told earlier was not over spray and it would be washed out. It wasn’t washed out. I also tried to wash it out with my pressure washer and it would not come off. The inside of the truck was covered in dust from them sanding the truck. It is all in the carpet, in all the crevices of the leather sests. The glove boxes are covered in dust. It even came out of the vents when I used my ac. The radio settings had all so been changed. I’m taking it back one more time. Hopefully they can get it right this time.

I had taken one of our company vehicles to be repaired here after a fender bender, the staff was very easy and pleasant to work with and very professional.
When I picked up the vehicle and was doing my inspection, I noticed the muffler needed a minor adjustment, without hesitation Crossroads made the adjustment, no questions asked.
Then after we had the vehicle back in our possession, it sat at our office for almost a week until the drive returned from vacation. The driver noticed a film, looked like overspray from being painted. The only explanation would be from when the vehicle was repaired. I took it back to them to have them look at it, see if they could fix it or had an idea of what it could be. Again, no hesitation, no questions, no attitude. They took the vehicle back and cleaned it right up for me.
I am very pleased with the service I received and will take all my vehicles here.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because no one is perfect and everyone has room for improvement. :)
