I came in today to get a full set. I asked how long the wait was and she said the girl was almost done. So as I signed in, I told her «wow y’all are really busy!» It was my first time here and I was impressed at how busy a small shop was. She remarked back «maam, I told you she is almost tgg I never said anything about the wait, I was simply saying that they were busy. I associate a busy shop with good service. But she was very rude

In between nail saloons at the moment. Went to Couture Nails because they gave a gift certificate to a benefit I was working on. Ethan is who I used and I highly recommend him. I have only been there 3 times. Some of the people don’t speak any English at all. I do not like that. If you are going to work with people you need to learn their language! You have to be careful of who you talk to and make sure they really understand what you are saying. I saw many mistakes happen. I am rating this 3 stars because of Ethan only! So if you go, use him. And if you are getting a pedicure make sure and get his advise on who to use. And have him tell them what you want. If the language barrier wasn’t so bad I would have given more stars!

First time here and I loved it. I got a sea salt scrub pedicure and full set. The lady took her time with my pedicure and didn’t rush through the scrub and massage. When it comes to my hands, I tend to be picky. After he cut the tips, he held each finger side by side to make sure they were all the same length and did a BEAUTIFUL natural glitter gradient tip. Most importantly, he filed them evenly with no sharp edges and made them thin enough to where they look like my natural nails. Very satisfied and good prices here too

I reviewed this salon over a year ago and at that time was quite satisfied. However, over time the service began to slip. When in TX I make all my appointments ahead of time, however, the time began to drag. From taking one hr to finally becoming over 2 hrs. My last appointment before leaving for the summer was in April 2015. I sat n the chair for almost 2.5 hrs and finally had to tell my tech I was leaving without the job being completed. She constantly catered to walk ins during my appointment. Each time leaving me sitting at her station. We talked it over and I agreed to return again in the fall and made a November appointment. When I arrived for my appointment NOTHING had changed. It still took over 2 hrs for a simple fill and polish tip. The poor service had gotten worse and she seemed pre-​occupied with the other techs. I am sad it turned out this way but I will not return nor recommend this shop again.

This is the BEST nail salon in the area. I live in Baytown and I make the drive twice a month to have these wonderfully talented people work on my hands and feet! I’ve never been more proud of or received more compliments in my life than I did on my dark red coffin shaped nails.
This is actually the only nail salon in the area that knew how to do the coffin shape and didn’t charge me an extra 5 $. What I specifically loved was that they took their time with me and made sure that I was happy. The owner kept coming by and checking on the work of her staff. They didn’t miss a beat! My nails were all even and they even made sure to paint the sides of my nails that other salons always seem to miss!
I was given a hand massage, talked to like an actual human being and even offered a refreshment. I left feeling extremely satisfied and my gel nails lasted almost three weeks and were 40 $! What a steal. I highly recommend Eric.

Kathy at Couture is the only person who takes care of my fingers and toes for many years. She shapes and thins overlays and uses only fresh powder on acrylics that last for WEEKS! Pedicures are attentive and healthy, no nubby nails from over filing. Prices are right, too. My favorite!!!

Like this place, better to come early in the week there is less traffic. The owner is friendly and practically knows everyone by name.

I was in town for my HS reunion and found this place. Everyone there is super friendly and the female owner was constantly checking on each customer. The prices match up with the service (and wine) you get. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in the area.

Been using Couture Nails for almost two years now.. . Lily is the manager. She and her staff are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and do an excellent job. The salon is always clean AND neat. They have great ventilation (doesn’t smell chemically like some other places), seating, lights, and music. Their pedicures cannot be beat. Great way to start summer sandal season! The one complaint I have is timeliness. On several occasions I have waited over an hour PAST my appointment time. That being said, I always have an appointment and I am picky about who does my fingers.. . but everyone have had for pedicures is amazing. My advice is to go in knowing you’ll wait, don’t be in a hurry, and enjoy your alone time. Don’t get in a hurry. Or book first thing when they open!

I love this place. They always know me by name and everybody else in the place. They even remember details about your life that you may have mentioned in the past. It’s very clean, very professional, as well as personable.

I have been coming here for a little over a year now. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I always leave feeling 100% satisfied with the services I receive. When anything is not exactly the way I want it (This has only happened one time.), they immediately fix it and do what it takes to make me happy. The kicker is that they do it with smiles on their faces. The customer service is impeccable. Lilly runs the place and does my manicures. She is amazing and takes her time to see that the job is done right. When I get pedicures, the technicians take their time and truly let me relax. Couture Nails gives the best pedicures in town. They stay pretty busy, so it’s always good to call in advance to make an appointment. The music is good, and they will offer you a drink when you arrive. I have found my nail place and plan on staying with them forever. I have brought many of my friends with me, and they have ended up becoming regulars. Thank you, Couture Nails, for offering a wonderful nail salon that caters to the experience of your customers.

I have been going to Couture Nails for years. It has always been clean and the staff is wonderful. If I did not care for something they are always quick to fix it any way they can. I will continue to go here for as long as they are in business which with their workmanship, ethics and care it should be a very long time! Thanks Couture Nails!

I went for a manicure at Couture Nails & Spa, asked for a dark colour and ended up with poorly pushed back cuticles and poorly applied colour (which was inconsistent and uneven around the edges). I went back the following day and spoke to the manager who was very polite and agreed that both needed to be re-​done. She proceeded to do this and in the process cut my skin about my cuticles on two different fingers. Both were particularly painful.

Couture Nails has great staff members! Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. The store itself is very clean and stylish with a very relaxing atmosphere. The services that they offer are affordable and worth every penny. I always leave satisfied and would recommend this nail salon to everyone I know.

They put me in a massage chair that was painful and no way to turn it off, It was also filthy when they set me down. The water was too hot in the beginning then they made it too cold
Nail color way to thin, it looks horrible on me. My daughter’s color on her nails started to chip the same night we got them done. One of the techs made a comment that I need to shave my 6 yr old legs because they were hairy.
Disappointed in the $ 60 that I spent on 3 pedicures.

Very quite and relaxing spa environment! Great customer service! One of the best pedicures in the area simply because they take their time and pamper you! It’s very clean and professional. My only suggestion would be to add more nail colors! Otherwise, I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. Just what I need after a hard day of work!

I like it here… but I had to leave as there was a long wait. I waited 30 minutes they sat me in a chair only to wait longer, therefore I just left. I think if they would of just said the wait was going to be long or suggested I come back I would not have been so irritated.

I really liked this nail salon. They were all very nice and accommodating. I got the spa pedicure with sea salts and they did a great job. The prices are reasonable and better than some other places I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be back!
