I have been there a couple of times over the years. As has other members of the family. Ted and Bryce make it a family business one can trust.
I was first referred there by Discount Tire Service after buying new tires. Returned a week or so a go for an alignment and to discuss a strut situation and was educated quite a bit by the knowledgeable, helpful and right now inspection. Was advised to get the struts up to snuff before the alignment or I would just have to do it again after.
When I get the time (busy holiday and doctor schedule) I will be returning for the Monroe quick strut install and an alignment. This should get things back on the straight and narrow path for a good start to 2016.

Ted is an honest to goodness mechanic. Him and his employees are outstanding citizens. I have been taking my vehicles to him for 5 years now. They listen to what you need, and if there is anything else that needs to be done, he will let you know if it needs to be repaired then, or can wait a little while. I am glad I found this place, and I have been completely satisfied with all repair work done to my vehicles.

2 services I try to never use if I can help it are auto repair shops and ac repair. Seems you never get a low cost repair with either because they know you can’t do without your car or your ac. So I usually do that stuff myself. With that being said I can’t do my own wheel alignments at home. At least not yet. This place had great reviews so I figured I would give them a try. Usually you take your car in for 1 thing and by the time you get out $ 500 later with them having you believe they just did you a favor by doing the job at their cost and saving your life in the process. So I call them up and ask them how much it would be to get an alignment. $ 79 seemed fair plus I got it down to $ 69 because a tire place I had just bought tires from sent me. They said I could bring it anytime. I figured it might take them a while so I dropped it off and went back home. There was a car ahead of me when I left it. Not even an hour later they call me. I’m thinking this is the part where they tell me this and that need to be replaced or they can’t align it. It does have 96,000 miles on it. They said, «Mr. Parker your car is ready». Holy crap can this be an honest repair shop? Seems so because they didn’t even try to charge me for minor shop extras. It was exactly what they quoted, with a nice readout of the settings before and after. Next time I need a repair done I can’t do myself, which almost never happens, they will get my business.

Great price and great work! They even told me about another issue I had with my car … struts and strut pads. I got an estimate and no pressure to get it fixed right away.

I have been taking my four cars to Ted for years for everything from oil changes to alignments. He is above reproach, honest, and does excellent work. Bottom line, you can trust what he tells you.

Service was first class and very timely. I am very satisfied.

My first visit and I was impressed. Made sure my car was safe and ready to travel. Very friendly and seems to be very honest and affordable. I hope I don’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I will go back.

Ted has serviced my old Honda Civic and CRX for years and has always stood by his work.
He and his crew went the extra mile to make sure my car was aligned and adjusted to spec despite my car being lowered with aftermarket suspension.
You just don’t get old fashioned honest service like this anymore. I highly recommend this shop for alignments, brake and suspension jobs.
