Dough on Main offers fresh-made pastas, ravioli and pasta sauces, delicious breads and desserts, savory and sweet tarts, sandwiches, and prepared foods to eat in our shop or take home. Using local purveyors as much as possible and always using high quality ingredients, we have something to satisfy anyone’s palate with our ever-changing menu. We keep in mind health conscious, gluten-free, and vegan options too.
We are the place to go for simple breakfast fare, lunch, dinner, and catering for parties of all sizes. Primarily a take-out shop, we do offer some limited seating at our sunlit, cozy, communal style farm table.

A professional chef trained at The Ritz in London and Paris, and well known in Connecticut for his 17 years as executive chef at The Bee & Thistle, Francis is now realizing his dream of opening a prepared foods shop in Deep River, CT.
