Legacy Place

I enjoy shopping and eating at Legacy Place. I do not enjoy driving around or the parking situation at Legacy Place. They’ve added many spots via garages, it just takes a bit to get in and out. Being that Legacy Place is largely an outdoor mall, there’s alot of stop and go at crosswalks. If you need assistance, not many know that the Mall Office is just below the escalator that goes up to the movie theater.

Legacy Place is a quality outdoor mall! There’s plenty of parking with an adjacent garage. The stores are varied, offering a range of clothing, housewares, and novelty brands with restaurants sprinkled in between. Because it’s an outdoor space the stores don’t keep the same hours.

We really love this mall. Nice stores, theater, place to eat and bowling place. We never had a problem to park in the parking building.

A great shopping center with literally everything in it — the only problem is the parking. Plan for 10 minutes to find a spot in the garage (don’t even bother with the lot). Great place to have nearby!

Even though this mall has a lot of great offerings I have noticed that the service I receive at all places across the board (besides yardhouse, bowling, and the cinema) is markedly worse than at Boston, Cambridge, or Chestnut Hill locations. If you come here just know that this mall isn’t held to the same standard as other malls in terms of service. Be prepared to help yourself and don’t expect anything great.

I’m a big fan of the open air mall Legacy Place.
I can always find parking (either in the open air lots or the garage).
There are great restaurants and shops to find nearly every item you need.
For work clothes, you’ll find me at Neiman Marcis Last Call. For fitness clothes, I choose Athleta or City Sports.
It’s also an entertainment destination with both a Showcase Cinema & Kings bowling lanes.
Come on down and check it out!

Great shopping plaza– nice mix of stores and restaurants, even entertainment. You’ll pretty much find everything you need here!

Insane parking. The lot to the left of the garage might have more spaces so don’t give up quickly.
Great shops, but the check-​in deal is expired, so don’t try to use it.

I have a minor shopping habit and it needed to be filled so my friend suggested we head to Legacy Place. For some reason I was thinking it was an outlet like Wrentham so I was excited for some deals. Also figured it had some overhangs and the rain would not affect us. Wrong and wrong. This is actually a high end center. And it’s completely outside aka no where to hide from the rain. This place looked like it would be nice to walk around in when it’s warm out. The cold driving rain cut our trip short but we did go into ll bean, a candy store, Ann Taylor, and lucky. All places had friendly associates working there. I saw a lot of comments about the parking. We parked no problem because of the monsoon but I can see where it could get really busy and really messy. If your looking for a high end shop this place seems to have it. But it’s too much for my budget. I’ll be sticking to the outlets.

I was in the garage today around lunch and was having car problems. My friend was going to follow me to a car dealership. There was a car in front of me that was turning the same way I was. I stopped to let him go first since I did not want to be separated from my friend, but he was insisting that I go first to the point that he would not move and instead got out of his car. When I saw that he was a security guard, I tried to explain what was going on but he began to yell at me very rudely. This was very shocking and a bit frightening. I did not expect to be treated so rudely by someone who should be offering help instead. I really liked going here, but if this is how their security is going to treat people, I will never go here again.

Great selection of stores, restaurants, and activities– the Whole Foods is AMAZING. Why not 5 stars then? Parking outside of the garage is a NIGHTMARE.

Very nice! Legacy Place feels kind of like a town center. The stores have a sidewalk and nice landscaping around them. There is plenty of parking for those who drive, but it’s also not bad to get to on the bus.

Overestimated and so bloody generic. It’s very convenient for people in that area who want to avoid masses at Natick Collections or South Shore Plaza. However this is not a worthwhile destination for people coming over five miles, you can find whole Foods, Apple, and Orvis anywhere in greater Boston.

I really like how Legacy Place turned out. I remember when they first started building it. i didn’t think it was going to look as nice as it does. I love the movie theater! Even though it is expensive, it’s worth it. The seats are comfortable, the theater is never packed and they have a good chunk of movies playing. I still like to go here even if it is just to escape the city. I haven’t been to the other shops at this location but I’ll go one day to try it out.

A great place for an outdoor shopping excursion, a date (food, movies and bowling all in one place) or even to grocery shop (the Whole Foods is awesome!). My only complaint about Legacy Place is the perpetual lack of parking in the lot. I swear I always circle around and around for a bit before snagging a spot.

I love LP. Why? (a) because it’s close, (b) because it rose from the ashes of a post-​apocalyptic wasteland — seriously that area was sad, © because the movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants, and fast food joints are all fantastic, and (d) it’s a curiously lively, pleasant place that attracts people from all different backgrounds. It may well be the most diverse destination in the state.
Now, I could knock a star off for the strange parking situation, but I usually just zoom right up to the upper levels of the garage and don’t bother with the interior lots (though they’re not bad during off hours). I could also knock a star off for the general difficulty in navigating the area by car. I won’t because somehow, in spite of that, it remains a very pedestrian friendly environment.
I could also knock a star off for having very few stores that interest me personally, but I won’t because for the most part the stores bring in a lot of the business that makes the overall feel of the place seem bustling. And having stuff I do enjoy (restaurants, movies, and the yard house for a beer with friends) so close and convenient, and lively, trumps all that.

I love shopping at Legacy Place!
I was actually really skeptical about Legacy Place opening because I thought and outdoor mall seemed like a bad idea, but I actually love the outdoor feel. It is fun to walk around on a nice day– you can go inside, window shop, or grab an ice cream or a snack to eat outside.
They have the best Whole Foods around, and the assortment of other shops is really great! All the stores are brand new, so they are all very fresh and clean. I usually shop at that Victoria’s Secret because it is bigger than the other two near me. They have a good selection of Pink and other clothing.
I also really like Banana Republic, Gap, and Anthropology there.
If you are looking for a snack, there is a J.P. Licks and an Au Bön Pain. The Wholefoods also has a ton of food to grab and go!
I usually park in the regular lot. It gets busy at peak times, so I tend to go around 3 – 4:00 on weekdays when it is a little quieter.
I have also gone on the weekend to go to the movies though and easily parked in the garage.
