Jeff and Anja opened their doors to Impact Coffee Bar in 2014. The coffee bar shares it’s space with Jeff and Anja’s first business, The Perfect Edge, which they opened over 27 years ago.

Great little spot. Not a lot of seating, but cozier and clearly more into boutique coffee than Java John’s (which was mobbed the day I wandered into Impact after not being able to get a table there). Latte was delicious, atmosphere quiet and conducive to getting work done. Only issue is the lack of outlets, but it’s a tiny place, so I’m giving them a pass.

Hands down, the best coffee in the area! If you are like me and enjoy quality coffee brewed properly, this is your local spot. I have never been disappointed with a pour over from here, especially the light roasts. Also, staffed by very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Been here dozens of times and won’t quit anytime soon!

If you are looking for a great cup of coffee, here is a good choice. We are from out of town and discovered this gem coffee house on a side street. Locally roasted beans to perfection. Coffee beans are from all over the world. Great variety of drinks. I particularly like the bold, dark roast. Offers locally baked goods. Very friendly staff.
