Great service… The repairs done in 2013 Mercedes was excellent. George was very knowledgeable and professional. I own a mechanical shop in the same area and will be happy to recommend Willett Colision to all my costumes.

I will always go here for my car troubles from now on! They were Extremely professional and did a fantastic job on my car repair. I went here in desperate need of a car repair fast; everywhere else told me it would take days to fix, but they told me they could fix it that same day! They even drove me to my job which is about 5miles from the shop. I was truly blown away by their generosity. When I got the first estimate it seemed high but the owner was willing to work with me and ended up finding me the very best deal! when I went to pick up my car the original estimate dropped by more then $ 600.00! He was honest with me and told me certain parts did not need fixing. Any other body shop could have easily still charged me for those parts and I would have never known. also when I got back my car the inside was completely vacuumed and cleaned, I was impressed not to find a mess! Being a female trying to get my car repaired has never been a good experience and the end result is almost always getting ripped off, but this place changed it up and was the most genuine, best priced and honest body shop I have ever been too! I would recommend this place to everyone and will for sure go back for any car repairs I need in the future!

Work was of extremely poor quality and took a long time. In short, they did not do what they said they were going to do.
Not only was the work not done, but my car somehow came back dirtier than when I dropped it off…
Overall, very poor experience.

You could tell immediately that this place isn’t 100% honest. At least feel out your customer to see if they might know about cars before assuming they don’t know shit and making stuff up and exaggerating processes and costs.

The Travelers concierge claim office is completely useless. Every time I have walked into this office — it seems they are on the defensive. It’s almost as if they are annoyed to get up and help. Definitely not the Travelers experience I have received over the 20 years I have been a customer! A complete failure.

I will send everyone who needs auto repairs to Willette Collision! They were prompt and have quality service. The staff was friendly and were always able to give me an update on my vehicle. Thank you Willette for your trusted service!!! I’ll be back… if need be! The work was perfect!!!

After a cool-​down period, I’m upgrading my review to two stars. The reason being that — after I corrected my sideways installed rear wiper — I look at my car and am happy with the finished product. The work done by Willett was of high quality, but the poor experience of dealing with Travelers Concierge folks who made empty promise after empty promise and then seeing my car with a large dent completely overlooked ruins my overall option of this shop. In light of the Unilocal review system, 2 is the highest rating I can give since 3 stars implies a general degree of satisfaction with the business /​service.
Since their work is of professional quality I’m sure they have plenty of satisfied clients but my personal experiences precludes me from being part of that lot.

So far I’m impressed. The level to which they have dismantled my car, in order to be thorough, is impressive. I expect outstanding results and will post another review upon completion of my door & front-​end collision work.

They do outstanding work. The keep you updated on the status and work fast. I do not know of a better body shop. Do not be deceived by the buildings appearance.
