Established in 2002, We have been continuing to strive for perfection when it comes to making sure our guests feel comfortable and secure. We are a family-​owned business that goes the extra mile to keep our tenants satisfied.

Tomkat Properties caters to local businesses, individuals, and families who are looking for an updated and clean, quiet space to relax after a busy day. Most of our units are located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Most units are also located close to the major plants in the area including: Daikin, Toray, United Launch Alliance, BP, and Boeing.

The name TomKat Properties was derived by combining our names, Tommy and Kay Williams. We have been married for 17 years and have two children. We have grown up around the Decatur/​Hartselle area. Both of our children have attended the Decatur City School system and we have always worked and lived in the Decatur area.
