Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes and still no food. Employees take an order and fill it but do not take another until the first is gone. We were charged too much for our order, the employees were less than friendly, and they refused to honor a corporate text for .99 large cokes. Awful, awful, awful.

Took a few minutes in the drive thru and the place had 2 cars. That’s it. When I did get my order they missed my mozzarella sticks. I had to wait another 10 minutes. It’s not that hard. The food was ok. Go down the street to somewhere else if you’re not craving Sonic.

Bought a caramel shake. Got home and I notice its ¾’s whipped cream and not very much shake. Thanks overnight Sonic Crew. You 2 r cool. Just reinforcing my opinion of businesses in the candler rd flat shoals area.

Night shift needs to do better. Why am I having to ask for a straw, or fork? Why is my order wrong & you want me to hand you the wrong one back. No. Fix my problem, count it as a lost. for I was waiting for longer than I should for the poor service I received.

Gimmicky? YES! Tasty? Double YES! Returning? Triple YES! Healthy? Quadruple NO! Sonic is one of those novelty fast food restaurants that’s concept just simply works. It was so fun to order from a plastic screen and to have your food brought out to you. The waitresses were on top of their game and knew where to take each order, whether to parked cars, drive through, or patio tables.
