Belinda Baker is driven by passion to motivate and inspire through education. Highly respected as a cosmetologist and educator, she is in high demand for her cutting edge innovation in advance coloring techniques, custom wigs & weaves and the signature salon service Ceramic Fusion using Hydra Ionic Steam Therapy

Serving for 17 years as Director of Education for Design Essentials hair care products and 20 years as CEO of her own BKB Consultants firm /​Salon BKB, her role is transformed to «Global Mentor» where she has

trained over 10,000 stylist and salon owners throughout the U.S., the

Caribbean, South America and the Virgin Islands.

Salon BKB’s concept is to remove concerns and challenges for clients dealing with natural hair textures. By using innovative tools, simple techniques and taking the time to teach clients we believe it is possible to empower clients to embrace loving their hair experience day after day.

The cornerstone of BKB Consultants /​Salon BKB is the visionary Belinda K Baker. Belinda has over 27 years of experience in the beauty profession both as a creative stylist and a phenomenal educator. Recognized as «Beauty Professional of the Month» and «Women Power Broker in Beauty» Belinda is passionately committed to making a difference through education. As a highly respected Cosmetologist and Educator she is recognized as the weave expert for TBS «Movie and a Makeover» and official stylist for Emmy Award Winning TV show «ATL Insider.»

BKB was hand selected to operate the official Olympic Salon during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA where the Artistic Team, personally trained by Belinda, broke all records by servicing nearly 6000 heads in 33 days from 197 countries.

Belinda’s innovative yet humble approach to teaching endears her to the hearts of her students, staff and clients.
