Mark Sturgell is a certified business and career coach, facilitator, team performance and organizational development consultant with nearly 25 years of professional experience. He is the founder and principal of Performance Development Network, a midwest human development firm. Previously, he directed a for-profit, university-based business and corporate training and development organization and was a career coach and executive outplacement consultant for nine years.
