Came in because I got a coupon in the mail for $ 5 off an oil change and needed to get my emissions done. This location is less than a mile from my house so I couldn’t beat the convenience. As someone who hates going to the mechanic, this experience was surprisingly pleasant. Even without the coupon the prices are reasonable– $ 30 for a regular oil change, $ 40 for high mileage. Tire rotation was an extra $ 5. Emissions $ 20. They tell you up front exactly what you’ll pay, which is nice, and didn’t try to tack on anything extra. They cut me a deal on alignment, and checked it for free. Oil change includes filter and fluid top off. The facility is extremely spacious and clean, the waiting area and restrooms are spotless. There’s a little area for kids to play, and TV is on an SVU marathon or other similar procedural show. There is WiFi, just ask for the password. Techs are all super friendly and professional. The only downside is they’re a bit slow – tire rotation, alignment, oil change, and emissions took about 2 hours (walked in without an appointment on a Saturday, but they’re not super busy). Definitely bring a book or something to do, or drop off and pick it up later.

0 STARS! Total scammers! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will lie about what is wrong and overcharge you for work that they may not even do! Took my car here TWICE for alignment in a 2 month period and it’s still pulling to the right. The problem is worse than it was before I went in the first time! Also, the second time I went in they checked it out and gave me a print out showing the condition of the alignment and it COMPLETELY DID NOT MATCH THE INFORMATION THEY GAVE ME WHEN I LEFT AFTER THE FIRST ALIGNMENT A MONTH AND A HALF BEFORE. After «fixing» my car the first time I received a document showing diagrams of my car with all these numbers showing that my camber was -.01 and toe was .02, etc. then I return 6 weeks later and those numbers are –4.5 and .97 or something equally ridiculous. I’m sorry, but that simply isn’t possible. JUST FIX THE DAMN CAR! I paid $ 80 the first time and the second it cost $ 98. What kind of inflation is that in 6 weeks??? I’m going to the better business bureau.

I was out of town and had a flat tire on 285 and they were the closest place to get a tire replaced. They did an outstanding job on the replacement of tire, and I went ahead and got my maintenance done while I was there. They did not try to up sell me anything, unlike other companies. Job well done!

Do not use this company. Unfortunately have been ripped off on more than one occasion and do not trust them at all. The prices are outrageous. I do not trust their work to be correct. And they are slow as molasses. The customer service is frightening as I had to sit in the waiting room for over half an hour after the car was completed because their communication is that poor. Had I not asked about the car, I believe I would have sat there all day.

Still leaking oil. My car has never, ever had an oil leak before I brought it here. Now I need to find out what’s going on and spend more money. I’ll be spending that money elsewhere.
Another update/​edit: I took it in at their request after they read my review. After putting my car on the lift, they claim the leak is not their doing. Okay, in 6 years it’s never had an oil leak, but immediately after I have you change the oil I have a leak. It must be magic.
Again, do not do business with this location. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

As the owner of an older vehicle, you want to have a mechanic who can fix all issues and that doesn’t force unnecessary repairs. These guys know what they’re doing and stand behind their work. All the guys are very polite and are always willing to take you in the garage to show you the issue.
My family will continue to be customers!
