Mega Replay Decatur

Keep thinking I hear them bad mouth my choice of gaming, (handhelds). However, they do have cheap old school gaming supplies. And they buy and credit. So once you get bored you can easily re trade your previously purchased games. Oh and experiment with the game systems you either had as a kid or wanted as a kid but couldn’t have as you weren’t a yuppie kid.

Great store in terms of what it offers, but the service was slow and unfriendly. They don’t seem interested in the customer service part of the job. But it’s great if you are looking for expanding your classic gaming collection.

Who’s running this place?
I’ve been in a few times and every time I try to purchase something every single employee acts like it’s not their job to help customers. I stared at one guy for several minutes while he played a video game and didn’t even bother to look over. Finally the blonde girl noticed me but couldn’t be bothered to actually work herself so she told the other guy to help me. He helped, but the only words he spoke to me where the price of my purchase.
Plus the place is a dump. Trash all over the floor in their little back room office, but it’s wide open and in plain sight to customers. I’m guessing who ever is in charge either doesn’t know, or doesn’t care about the state this place is in. Either way I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
And if any of you who work there are reading this (I’m guessing you have customers waiting and should probably help them) but this is why small businesses like yours get swallowed up by best buy and amazon. You have nothing to offer the customer.
Have fun living in your parents basement while you save up for your next trip to comiccon. I hear next year Will Wheaton is going to be signing autographs.

This is just a fantastic store. Carries anything you could possibly want gaming or tech wise, even back to the original NES and Sega. That’s awesome. They always seem to be super fair when purchasing from customers. I know the few times I’ve sold things, they’ve given me way more than what Gamestop was offering. The people who work there are always very nice, helpful and obviously enjoy what they do. There’s also always been plenty of people working whenever I’ve been there, too. It’s a place I feel good about doing business with.

Let me start by saying I love this store BUT, while there today I watched an employee take a call from a customer looking for a certain movie and the employee told the customer to hold on. He put the phone to his hip and made a derogitory remark about the customer on the phone in front of a store full of other customer that heard the remark and then lied to the customer about having the movie when I had just seen the movie on the shelf. low stars are for the bad customer service even though it wasn’t me.
