This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s ever when we ordered our food it came out cold and old looking then when we went back through the drive through to ask to get some fresh food. When we pulled up they screw up our order. So I told him at the window it was wrong he slammed his fist on the counter and said «What the f*** is wrong with it now». I Left and sent a email in to the owner. No response.

This is the worst McDonalds in Decatur! Every time I go there they screw up my order! If it is after 8 or 9pm then it’s a crap shoot on what kind of food you will be served, I have seen some pretty nasty looking sandwiches come out of there and either half cooked or old fries.
I even sent a couple emails to the owner per the sign on the window and explained in detail the problems. One time I received a response asking me to explain it all over. One night I sat in the drive up for 15 minutes and when I started to say something to the girl at the window she slammed it in my face!

Anytime you come here I’m actually shocked to say myself, they actually get your order correct. The days of ‘No wonder why you work at McDonald’s’ are now over… wait what am I saying?!! That’ll never happen! Have you seen the muppets that is the next generation? You’ve satisfied my order, for now, hats off and keep up the good work…

This one is better than the one on east eldo but they still have an issue with accuracy and customer service. A lot of the people are rude or just plain short with you here. There are a couple that are pleasant to deal with but that’s the exception not the rule.
