Located in Decatur’s historic village of Oakhurst, we offer Reiki healing classes at all levels and personal, customized massage and bodywork therapies. Specialties include: Integrative Massage Therapy, Oncology Massage, Foot Reflexology, Energy Body Sessions, Reiki, and Karuna Reiki classes.

Established in 2006, Know Thyself Healing Center (KTHC) was originally formed to offer energy healing modalities and Reiki classes, which expanded to include massage therapies in 2007. KTHC settled into its current Oakhurst village location in April 2011. Our dedicated focus to our clients and students is to integrate wellness in mind, body & spirit.
Our owner Diana is a licensed massage & bodywork therapist and is nationally certified through NCTMB. Her training includes specialties in Oncology and Integrative Massage. Diana is a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master, teaching at all levels. She also practices Seventh Sense Healing and The Reconnection. Diana formerly worked as a U.S. Senate Aide in Michigan and as a High School English teacher in Arizona. Always, her work has been informed by her capacity to heal and teach with intelligence, love and compassion.
