I thought I would leave an update about this situation. I finally received a call from my agent who took care of the matter very quickly. She explained to me the issue of why she had not been in touch with me sooner and fixed the problem I had with my policy before she called me. She even called me again for a follow up which was great. I still take issue with how her staff treated me and the situation and I still think she should fire them all and start over though… but it is what it is! My agent did her part, the problem was fixed so i’m happy!
