Established in 1988.

Update: Effective January 1^st 2016 we are changing our name to Johnston RV Cen​ter​.com our business structure will remain the same we are adding a few new faces in sales a new parts store and have expanded our inventory we look forward to assisting you with all your RV needs!

Mr.Hood purchased and opened Hood RV in 1988. We have been running a strong family operated dealership ever since. In January of 2014 Mr. Hood sold the business to Rodney Johnston who is now bringing you the Forest River line of RV’s along with a full service shop, Parts store and parts store now available ²⁴⁄₇ online. Oh and not to mention our Warranty Forever on any new purchase. We are proud to be your north Alabama dealer and we take pride in assisting our customers the right way.

Business Owner

New owner Rodney Johnston purchased Hood RV Center in January of 2014. A Cullman native, Rodney owned Star Homes for the better part of two decades and also served as a choir minister. He is married to Vestavia and has three children: Nick, Kelsi and Sam. Rodney and his staff want to continue the tradition of excellence Hood RV Center has built over the past 25 years
