The Law Offices of Troy P. Hendrick specializes in criminal, DUI, and traffic court representation. Both former prosecutors, Troy Hendrick and Joseph Henry have extensive experience and relationships in the criminal justice system. Our traffic ticket division is the largest in the state of Georgia. We’ve handled over 10,000 traffic ticket cases in the last decade. Our firm alone brought down the DeKalb Recorders Court, the biggest traffic court in the State, by proving that the Court was operating unconstitutionally. This started from a single speeding ticket case. We bring this kind of creative legal effort to every case.

Troy is a former DeKalb County prosecutor. A graduate of UNC-​Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University Law School, Troy has been recognized as a SuperLawyers «Rising Star» for two straight years, and has been voted by his peers as one of Georgia’s Legal Elite for three straight years. In 2015, he was awarded the GACDL (Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers) President’s Commitment to Justice Award for righting the wrongs of the unconstitutional DeKalb Recorders Court. Troy’s creative trial expertise is now used in criminal defense, DUI, and personal injury cases. The traffic division Troy started is widely recognized as the largest in the State of Georgia, having handled over 10,000 cases since 2005.
