Location is not a barrier. The program is done completely online and over the phone.

History

Established in 2004.

My mission and passion to help others was fueled by my own health transformation years ago. I lost over 50 pounds, quit smoking, and started taking regular exercise.

My Story, and why I’m qualified to help you.

My health coaching career ‘officially’ started over 10 years ago in the UK after being trained as a Sports Therapist, but in reality I’ve been doing it in one form or another my entire life.

Becoming a health and life coach came as a natural progression after transforming my own health years ago. It wasn’t easy on my own, which is why I work closely with clients today to ensure they get great results in a fraction of the time.
