Considering legal action. Had a filling on Dec 14. Terrible jaw pain since. Went back a week later and found out the «dentist» filled the tooth incorrectly which caused my jaw to be misaligned. Came back 2 more times for same pain without correction. Now my front teeth are banging together giving me headaches. Today «doctor» Richards told me I probably have TMJ. I haven’t had any jaw problems for 50 years but now suddenly after their incompetence I have TMJ? Also said «maybe» he needed to replace a different filling (that he himself had done 10 months ago since it looked bad) AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT! Just another ghetto office in the hood with inferior service trying to rip people off. Check their prices they are twice as much as Atlanta average. And yes I live in the hood a mile from this office. and the office is old and dirty. yes I’m pissed off.

I have been going to Family Dental for a number of years. I have used three of the doctors there, only changing when they move to another practice. They have all been excellent.
My current Doctor is Megan Post. She is caring, meticulous and is very observant about where the patient is coming from. She and her assistant Charlene work together as a well practiced team. I just had a crown replaced… which requires an impression to be taken for the new crown. She took three impressions before she was satisfied. I am confident that she is only happy with the best work.
I would also like to give a shout out to my regular hygienist… Tuyen Nguyen. This is another professional that is only happy doing a very thorough job. I have been going to her for my cleanings for a number of years. She is the best hygienist I have ever had.
The front desk does good work. They have a good system set up to remind patients of their appointments by text message & email. Appointments are generally kept in a timely manner.

My tooth was killing me. They were great, I just moved to the area and they were able to get me in as a first time patient the same day. It turns out the pain was from a sinus infection. The dentist was so helpful. He went over my X-​rays with me and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds. Best of all they didn’t charge me a thing for the consultation!
